Transfer Tuesday

Well this week has just flown by! It was my last week in that area and it was so bittersweet. I have grown to love the people in the Laguna Creek 1st and 6th ward so much. I have really felt so close to them and I will definitely miss them all. We have seen so much progress in the people we have been working with while we have been there. To end on a high note, all the people we have been working with came to church my last Sunday and I can honestly say that was the happiest moment of my mission so far. I love them all so much. I cannot wait to go visit them again someday.

Well I have now been transferred to the Placerville and Georgetown wards, and the Spanish group in the El Dorado Zone. It is so beautiful out here. The area we cover is huge so we travel 80-100 miles a day. It is in the sierra mountains and I love it here already. I am excited for this new adventure. Something else cool is that my new companion is Elder Anderson from Rexburg, Idaho. Remember last time I got a new companion I said this was my third companion from the same group of missionaries. Well Elder Anderson is now my 4th companion from the same group of missionaries. The Lord definitely wants me to learn something from these missionaries and I am still trying to figure it out. I am excited to serve with him. I know he is a great missionary. I was around him when he was being trained back in the Carmichael Zone. There is so much potential here and I am so excited. I look forward to the adventures and the many wonderful people I will meet.

Love,

Elder Hallmark
