Representatives of Jesus Christ

This week was superb! I hope you all enjoyed watching general conference as much as I did. It is such a privilege to hear words from a living prophet and apostles. I know that they are truly inspired of God. One of my favorite quotes came from Russell M. Nelson "When I think of the Book of Mormon, I think of the word power. The truths of the Book of Mormon have the power to heal, comfort, restore, succor, strengthen, console, and cheer our souls."

This week our investigator Taia watched conference as well and she loved it. She is a new investigator we found this week in the YSA ward. We invited her to be baptized on October 28th and we are excited to be working with her now. We also went on a temple tour with her. She loved it and talked about how peaceful she felt. Before we started meeting with her she had no prior knowledge of God and religion. It is cool to see how much she has grown these last couple of weeks. She is awesome. 

The zone is doing awesome as well! I have loved serving with each of them. I am so grateful for the missionaries here. They have all grown and improved soo much. It is great to be able to work with them all. It is such a blessing to be a zone leader because we get to work with each of the missionaries and really get to know them. They are all great representatives of Jesus Christ.

We had a combined zone activity today at President and Sister Hymas' house with North Sac Zone. It was super fun.
